Anti-Semitic and Anti-Israel Congresswomen Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib have been barred from entering Israel for Congresses visit to the Jewish country. This comes after the two woman were pushing hard for a government boycott of the country of Israel.
Israel has a law that allows the country to ban entry for anyone who slanders Israel in a way that could harm them. Obviously, Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib have committed this crime by calling for sanctions against the country of Israel.
Israel’s Deputy Foreign Minister Tzipi Hotovely said on Thursday, “Israel has decided – we won’t enable the members of Congress to enter the country. We won’t allow those who deny our right to exist in this world to enter Israel. In principle this is a very justified decision.”
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated, “There is no country in the world that respects the US and the US Congress more than the State of Israel. As a vibrant and free democracy, Israel is open to any critic and criticism, with one exception: Israel’s law prohibits the entry of people who call and operate to boycott Israel,” Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in a statement.
Netanyahu continued, “As is the case with other democracies that prevent the entry of people whose perception harms the country. The same is true of the US towards an Israeli Knesset and other public figures in the world.”
President Trump spoke out to call for the two pro-terrorist congresswomen from entering the country of Israel.
Trump tweeted, “It would show great weakness if Israel allowed Rep. Omar and Rep.Tlaib to visit. They hate Israel & all Jewish people, & there is nothing that can be said or done to change their minds. Minnesota and Michigan will have a hard time putting them back in office. They are a disgrace!”
