If you thought the Democrat clown car was full then you may be in for a new shock. The race hustler Al Sharpton is considering throwing his hat into the ring to run for President as a Democrat in 2020.

PJ Media wrote,

“I never rule anything out,” said Sharpton, adding that he isn’t currently exploring a run for the nomination.

Sharpton’s feeling about where the Democratic Party is in relation to Trump is no secret. This year, on a recent visit to the United Kingdom, Sharpton told the Guardian Trump would likely Keep America Great because Democrats are “too tame to deal with an untamed opponent.” And he’s run before, citing among other things, a need to insert his voice at a time where the party had seemed insincere about its declared direction. That year, he also gave one of the more memorable speeches at the 2004 Democratic convention, saying he ran in part to show poor children who grew up like he did that they can also run for president of the United States.

Al Sharpton has ran for president before in 2004. It was a failed campaign, but it establishes he isn’t scared to throw his hat in the ring.

Personally I am hoping for Sharpton to enter the Democrat race. I love a good circus clown show and Sharpton will be a great addition.

Ted Cruz jumped in on this announcement by mocking the Democrats claiming the should call in Jimmy carter to run since he is still eligible.

Ted Cruz tweeted, “What America needs: more Dem presidential candidates! Just a reminder, under the 22nd Amendment, Jimmy Carter’s still eligible for another term….”

Jimmy Carter only served one term and is legally allowed to run since he never served a second term.
