President Trump was honored by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu over the weekend when he named Golan Heights after President Trump. Netanyahu named Golan Heights ‘Trump Heights’ or ‘Ramat Trump.’
Netanyahu announced he planned to name Golan Heights after President Trump after a huge executive order signed by Trump. President Trump signed an executive order to recognize Golan Heights as Israeli land.
Golan Heights is a crucial piece of land that gives Israel safety with the high peaking mountains that give Israel the vantage point. If the Terrorist organizations owned this land Israel could be easily attacked with little safety.
Trump tweeted, “Thank you PM @Netanyahu and the State of Israel for this great honor!”

Netanyahu told the New York Post, “We are going to do two things — establish a new community on the Golan Heights, something that has not been done for many years. This is an act of Zionism and it is paramount. The second thing is to honor our friend, a very great friend of the State of Israel — President Donald Trump, who recently recognized Israel’s sovereignty over the Golan Heights.”
