William Barr appeared in front of the House Appropriations subcommittee on Tuesday where he was asked many questions about the Mueller report. Barr was asked if Mueller approved what was wrote in the Summary, and Barr responded Mueller refused to read the summary.
The Democrats have been claiming a conspiracy that Barr is hiding information in the Mueller report with no evidence, but if Mueller was willing to allow Barr to send a summary without Mueller reading it shows there was zero evidence on the President.
Barr stated, “The letter of the 24th [of March], Mr. Mueller’s team did not play a role in drafting that document, although we offered him the opportunity to review it before we sent it out, and he declined that.”
