A Republican primary opponent for President Trump is appearing on the scenes to challenge the incumbent President. Former Massachusetts Republican Gov. Bill Weld announced he is creating a team to see how he would fair in a primary.

Fox News reported,

“Former Massachusetts GOP Gov. Bill Weld has launched a committee to explore a 2020 Republican primary challenge against President Trump.” Fox News continued, “Weld confirmed the move during an address Friday at “Politics and Eggs,” a must stop in the first-in-the-nation primary state of New Hampshire for any White House hopeful.”

Weld told the Union Leader of New Hampshire on Thursday, “I think there definitely is a path to victory, but you want to test the market a bit. I look forward to talking to a variety of people. You want to make sure the motion doesn’t fail for lack of a second but it won’t. Everyone I have talked to says you are running as an R, count me in.”

Weld is a former Libertarian who ran as Vice President in the 2016 elections with Gary Johnson.

If Bill Weld runs for President in the Republican primary we need to make sure we go out and vote for President Trump and show we will not support a challenge to our President, and we are united going into the 2020 elections.
