The oldest member on the Supreme Court, Ruth Bader-Ginsburg missed oral arguments on Monday for the first time in her tenure as a SCOTUS.
A timeline has not been determined when Ginsburg will return back on the court, but she will continue her work from the comfort of her home while she heals.
Ginsburg was discharged from Memorial Sloan Kettering hospital in New York City on December 25. Her Docters claim there were no more Cancerous lumps in her system after they removed two nodules from her lung.
Breitbart News noted, “Ginsburg underwent two cancer surgeries in 1999 and 2009 and has suffered broken ribs on at least two occasions. In 2014, the justice had a stent inserted into her right coronary artery. According to Ginsburg’s doctors, cancerous growths were discovered during treatment for her fractured ribs, which occurred in a November 7 fall at her office.”
