President Trump had a sit down interview with Reuters on current investigation into President Trump. During the interview President Trump was confronted about those who thought his payments to the two woman were campaign finance laws broken.
Trump responded, “It’s hard to impeach somebody who hasn’t done anything wrong and who’s created the greatest economy in the history of our country.”
Trump continued, “I’m not concerned, no. I think that the people would revolt if that happened. What I’ve done is tax cuts, Supreme Court justices, close to a hundred judges, regulation cuts, and created the greatest economy in the history of our country.”
Trump finished off by stating that at it was not a campaign contribution and if it was found so how it would be a slap on the wrist.
“Number one, it wasn’t a campaign contribution,” Trump said. “If it were, it’s only civil, and even if it’s only civil, there was no violation based on what we did. OK?”
